This 1:1 scale replica prop is modeled after the bow used by Hailee Steinfeld's Kate Bishop in the Disney+ Series Hawkeye.
CONSTRUCTION:
The limbs lock into the riser by a tapered channel and are held in place by magnets in the limbs and the riser. The limb's joints are reinforced by 1/8" metal rods. I'd also highly suggest welding the joints for the strongest connection over adhesives; there's an excellent video how to do that here: https://youtu.be/W_UHmlmQpuw. The bow's string is an elastic cord, this will *typically* pass prop check at a convention while still allowing you to draw the bow for photos, however, I have no guarantee on that.
FINISHES:
MODEL KIT: This is all raw printed parts that is up to the buyer to sand/glue together. Aside from all the printed bow parts it also includes the (4) magnets, (8) metal rods and elastic cord.
SEMI-ASSEMBLED: This has all the bow parts glued together. Any additional sanding/filling, if desired, is up to the buyer.
