Each belt includes a length of 3mm black shock (elastic) cord, (1) logo link, (1) pocket link and the necessary amount of basic links to get to your requested length.

Each disc is 2.5" in diameter. So the 25" size option means you will get 10 discs in total. It is fully adjustable in that you can set as much or as little gap between discs as you want.
